It is important to clarify that Clough Wood Pty (CWPL) a joint venture between Clough and Wood, is a wholly incorporated business in its own right and is financially stable and it is not part of the Voluntary Administration process that Clough is currently going through. As such, nothing has changed for the business, its employees, projects, suppliers and clients.

The Joint Venture will continue to be a provider of maintenance and asset services to the Australasian market bringing value to clients with the use of innovative solutions.
